Q: What’s the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is unprocessed and from a single donor it’s the most natural and long lasting. Virgin hair is also unprocessed but may be lightly steamed for texture.
Q: Can I reuse the bundles or wigs?
Yes! With proper care, our hair can last 2–3+ years. You can also replace the closure or frontal as needed.
Q: What’s the difference between a frontal and a closure?
Closures cover a small section (like 5x5), while frontals go ear to ear (13x4 or 13x6) for full hairline coverage.
Q: Which units are beginner friendly?
Closure wigs, they’re the easiest to wear and require little to no maintenance.
Q:Will your wigs fit my head if it’s big or small?
All ready-to-ship wigs fit a 22” head. For other sizes, custom orders are best.
Q:How should I cut the lace?
Use an eyebrow razor or zig zag scissors, never cut straight across.
