Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you have any issues with your order, please contact us first, we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.

• Eligible Items:

Only bundles and closures are eligible for returns.

• Non-Returnable Items:

All wigs, custom-made products, and items marked final sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Contact First:

You must email us at ByPrincessDian@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or report an issue.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, worn, washed, colored, or tampered with.

• Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed based on the details you provide at checkout, please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

• We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

• Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping insurance is available at checkout for added protection.
